Jane Stoudt is a Trauma Recovery Educator, Clinical Herbalist, and Somatic Practitioner dedicated to helping women better understand the connections between trauma, chronic stress, neurodivergence, emotional well-being, and physical health through a whole-person approach to healing and wellness.
For much of her life, Jane Stoudt looked like she was holding everything together on the outside while quietly carrying the weight of chronic stress, trauma, loss, overwhelm, and survival mode beneath the surface.
Like many women, she learned how to keep going long before she learned what it felt like to truly feel safe.
Years of navigating trauma, significant life challenges, chronic stress, and the complexities of being a late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD woman eventually led Jane on a personal journey to better understand healing, resilience, and the connection between the mind, body, nervous system, emotions, and overall well-being.
What began as a personal search for answers grew into a lifelong passion for helping other women understand their experiences with greater compassion, knowledge, and hope.
Today, Jane is a Trauma Recovery Educator, Clinical Herbalist, Somatic Practitioner, Wellness Educator, and the founder of Bloom Integrative Wellness and the Bloom Pathway™.
For more than 26 years, she has worked alongside women navigating trauma, addiction recovery, grief, emotional overwhelm, burnout, life transitions, neurodivergence, and the often invisible burdens of survival. Her work combines trauma recovery education, nervous system wellness, clinical herbalism, restorative movement, and whole-person wellness practices to help women move from surviving to flourishing.
Jane's approach is rooted in the belief that healing is most effective when the whole person is considered. Trauma and chronic stress affect far more than emotions. They can influence physical health, relationships, coping patterns, self-perception, daily functioning, and the nervous system. Because of this, she is passionate about helping women understand the deeper connections between their experiences and their well-being.
Her areas of focus include:
• Trauma recovery and nervous system wellness
• Addiction recovery and unhealthy coping patterns
• Neurodivergence in women, including ADHD and autism
• Emotional overwhelm, burnout, and chronic stress
• Trauma-driven weight gain and emotional eating
• Clinical herbalism and whole-person wellness
• Building sustainable habits that support long-term healing and resilience
Jane currently serves as Associate Director of a women's recovery organization, where she continues working alongside women rebuilding their lives through recovery, stability, personal growth, and community support. This work continues to deepen her understanding of resilience, recovery, and the practical realities of healing.
She is also the founder of The Well Read Bible Project, a separate ministry dedicated to helping women engage Scripture with depth, understanding, and thoughtful study.
More than anything, Jane wants women to know this:
Healing is not about perfection.
You are not failing because healing feels difficult.
Your story is not too messy.
Your nervous system is not your enemy.
Growth is possible.
And with knowledge, support, compassion, and consistent small steps, lasting change can happen.
